Some Things I’ve learned…

Posted: under Uncategorized.

- The computer lab is always fucking freezing.

- The Internet is the cheapest path to the outside world. Second is the cellphone. Third WOULD be a car… but, well, you know.

- Getting a job here is easier than getting Dad to watch anime or work on a random computer for fun.

- There are some strange people, and then there aren’t some strange people here.

- This isn’t a party school. Cornell is.

- Cornell has a huge ass campus.

- In the realm of sports, in football particularly, The rivalry between IC and Cortland is equivalent to Walton/Unatego/Delhi and Sidney. Apparently, this rivalry is so big, the game that will take place will be on ESPN and the crowd that is estimated to gather will be 10-15,000 people. Big stuff, lemme tell you.

- I really want to go to that game. I think I will.

- People from home actually remember that I’ve left, and some even miss me ^_^

- My cellphone is my best friend

- It’s harder to sing in my dorm room because the sounds can be heard all the way down the freakin hall.

- Soda is ridiculously expensive here.

- So isn’t getting your eyebrows waxed.

- I need laundry detergent.

- Homecoming week is the first week in October.

- Bones are hard to memorize.

- I don’t even know when I have freakin breaks.

- And I need to talk to Mom about the upcoming one in October.

That just about covers it.
