In the words of Uotani Arisa, "Well, doesn't that just suck?" We got back in one piece, by the way. By the time we came back through, 79 was reasonably clear and so was 206 between Whitney Point and Greene. Had a few anxious moments between Greene and Bainbridge but, as I say, we managed to get home without wrecking the car or killing ourselves. I'd give a lot for better tires, though. Geez.
